三线城市居民用药情况及社区药学服务需求调查分析

Survey of medication status and community pharmaceutical requirements in third tier cities

目的通过调查了解以芜湖为代表的三线城市居民的用药情况与社区药学服务需求,并进行分析与归纳,为制订有针对性的社区药学服务提供参考。方法通过设计调查问卷开展社区药学服务的需求现状调研,并分析调研结果。结果本次调查共回收有效问卷705份,通过调查发现69.50%受试人群近3个月有服药史,药店为主要药品购买来源,但是在日常用药中有超过1/3的被调查人群存在错误的用药行为。社区用药知识讲座是三线城市社区药学服务接受程度最高的形式。结论针对不同居民需求,逐步开展不同方式、内容和对象的社区药学服务,才能最终建立具有适应三线城市特色、具有示范性、满足最广大居民需求的社区药学服务模式。

Objective To investigate and analyze the medication status of residents in Wuhu, a representative third tier city, and their needs on community pharmacy services, and to provide reference for formulating more adaptive community pharmacy services. Methods Investigation was conducted with an anonymous questionnaire on status quo and needs of community pharmacy services. Results The survey received 705 valid questionnaires. The survey showed 69.50% of the sample population had taken medicine in the last 3 months, and they mainly purchased medi- cine in the drugstore. However more than 1/3 the sample population took medicine wrongly. The lectures on medica- tion in community centers got the highest degree of acceptance in all community pharmacy services in the third tier cities. Conclusion Community pharmacy services should be launched in multi-approaches, on various contents, and for target audience discriminately to meet different requirements. We will set up a community pharmacy services model for third tier cities to meet, most people＇s requirements.
