培美曲塞治疗复治晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床分析

Clinical analysis of pemetrexed for recurrent advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的分析研究培美曲塞治疗复治晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗效果。方法抽取本院收治的36例复治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,给予患者采用培美曲塞治疗,回顾性分析患者临床资料。结果对36例患者实施治疗,可见本次研究与参考总样本之间治疗效果对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,不同病理实施治疗时,两组治疗效果无明显差异,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论给予复治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用培美曲塞治疗,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of pemetrexed treatment in recurrent advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Extraction of our hospital 36 cases of recurrent advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients, give patients treated with pemetrexed, patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 36 cases of patients with treatment, visible with reference to the research on the total sample treatment effect comparison between significant difference, P〈0.05 was statistically significant, different pathological treatment, no obvious difference was found between two groups of treatment effect, P＆gt;0.05, no statistical significance. Conclusion Giving the retreatment advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with pemetrexed, clinical effect is remarkable.
