目的探讨眼眶裂头蚴病围手术期的有效护理方法。方法对10例眼眶裂头蚴病患者术前加强对症护理、心理护理;术后加强视力监测、出血的观察,做好用药护理、饮食指导、复诊指导,强化健康教育。结果 10例患者手术如期顺利进行,术后无出现并发症,均治愈出院,平均住院天数8 d。结论加强眼眶裂头蚴病患者术前对症护理、心理护理;术后严密观察病情变化、用药护理、饮食护理、健康教育等,是眼眶裂头蚴病围手术期的有效护理方法 ,可促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the effective nursing method of orbital sparganosis peri operation period. Methods To symptomatic care and psychological nursing care before strengthening in 10 cases of orbital plerocercoid disease in patients;to strengthen the monitoring of postoperative visual acuity and observe the bleeding, Complete the medication nursing, diet guidance, visit the guide, to strengthen health education. Results 10 cases underwent operation gone smoothly, no postoperative complications. The average was hospitalized number of days 8 day, convalesces leaves the hospital. Conclusion To symptomatic care and sychological nursing care;observe variety state , medication nursing, diet nursing, health education etc method is the effective nursing method of plerocercoid disease peri operation period of the orbital fissure, it can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
