摘要 将云重心方法引入到装备维修性定性评价中。在运用云重心方法时,需要将定性评语与区间数对应,利用区间数将评语转化为云模型。针对基于3倍熵规则确定熵参数的不足,在云模型期望值左右各3倍熵的区间上对确定度的强弱进行了划分,并由此建立了区间长度为4倍熵的模型,为正确描述评价云发生器奠定了基础。改进了单项指标云重心位置与理想云重心位置的离差的计算方法,简化了综合云重心偏离度的求解模型。最后通过某装备维修性定性评价实例,验证了改进方法的科学性和合理性。 The cloud barycenter method is introduced to the equipment maintainability qualitative evaluation. In the evaluation process of cloud barycenter method,it is necessary to map every qualitative evaluation term to a interval by which the term is transformed into a cloud model. Aiming at the shortcoming of entropy determination based on three-entropy rule, the intensity of membership degree of a cloud model is divided in the interval from expect value minus 3 entropies to expect value plus 3 entropies,and then the model of interval equal to four times of entropy is established. The method to compute the dispersion between the cloud barycenter location of single quantitative index and that of the ideality of the index is improved,and the model to compute the dispersion of integrated cloud is simplified. Finally the scientific nature and rationality of the improved method are validated by qualitative evaluation of some equipment maintainability.
