摘要 针对内弹道单参量信息不能满足身管武器发展的问题,在已取得内弹道单参量测试成果的基础上,结合新概念动态测试,提出了基于光纤的多测试仪内弹道测试同步触发技术,该方法利用光纤传感器同步触发各测试仪以实现同时全面获取内弹道各参数(包括弹底压力、膛底压力、膛内温度和弹丸的三轴加速度以及转速等)的数据。实验表明:同步触发获得多参数后,可以分析各参量存在的固有关系,验证测试结果的可靠性和正确性,实现身管武器测评的信息化。 Aiming at the problem that single parameter information of interior ballistic cannot satisfy the development of barrel weapons , based on existing achievement in the single parameter test of interior ballistic, combined with the new concept dynamic testing, the synchronous trigger of many internal ballistic testers based on the optical fiber is put forward in this paper. This method requires to comprehensively gain information of interior ballistic parameters at the same time by using optical fiber sensor synchronous trigger each tester,including the base pressure of the missile,the breech pressure of the gun, the temperature of the projectile, the three axis acceleration and rotation speed of projectile, etc. The experiment results showed that the synchronous trigger for several parameters, can be analyzed each parameter existing inherent relationship, verify the reliability and correctness of the test results ,in order to realize the informatization of barrel weapon testing.
