医院船海上灾害救援换乘方式分析

Analysis on transportation mode of hospital ship in the mission of ocean disaster relief in the Philippines

目的对医院船执行海上灾害救援任务时不同换乘方式所带来的问题进行探讨。方法通过分析本次任务中所收集资料，对直升机与交通艇换乘存在的优势与劣势进行评价。结果海上灾害救援时应用直升机转送伤病员，大大减少了转送过程中伤病员并发症的发生率，缩短了后送时间，更有利于伤病员的救治和康复。结论海上大批量转送伤病员时直升机比交通艇更具有优势。

Objective To look into the challenges encountered during the ocean disaster mission which was carried out by the hospital ship when different types of transportation were adopted. Methods All the date collected in the mission was analyzed and evaluated in order to figure out advantage and disadvantage of transportation model exchange. Results It reflected the following advantages by utilizing helicopter in the ocean disaster relief mission： 1. reducing complication; 2. shortening the evacuation time; 3. improving rehabilitation. Conclusion The transportation model of helicopter is considered being more efficient than boat over an ocean disaster relief mission.
