摘要
目的探讨健康教育知晓率与优质护理质量的关系。方法针对我院近四年的住院患者,运用全程式责任制管理,采用健康教育程序,多种健康教育方式相结合的方法。在出院时进行相关疾病健康知晓率及行为形成率调查和护理质量满意度调查。结果不同年度、不同科别、不同系统、不同部门知晓率及护理质量满意度调查率呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。相关疾病健康知晓率与行为形成率和护理质量满意度呈正相关关系(P〈0.05)。结论按病人健康教育程序实施针对性健康教育,既起到了辅助治疗作用,促进疾病康复,同时对提高优质护理服务质量起到了显著的促进作用。
Objective To evaluate the relation of awareness of health education and nursing quality. Methods Patients admitted to our hospital in last four years were managed by whole course responsibility, health education procedure and multiple health education methods. The awareness of relative disease, behavior forming rate and nursing satisfaction were investigated at hospital discharge. Results The ratio of awareness and nursing satisfaction were increased significantly from year to year in different division ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Nursing satis- faction was positive correlated with awareness of health education and behavior forming rate ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Application of health education according to heahh education procedure could assist therapy, promote recovery, and remarkabiely improve the quality of nursing.
