信心护理对择期子宫肌瘤手术患者手术配合度及术前状态的影响 被引量：25

摘要 目的 探讨信心护理在择期子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果.方法 将100例子宫肌瘤患者按照护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强信心护理,比较两组的护理效果.结果 观察组术前1h的心率、收缩压、血糖及SAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组手术配合度、术后护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 信心护理可帮助子宫肌瘤患者树立信心,改善心境,减少术前应激,提高手术配合度.
