我国发泡木塑复合材料的研究现状及趋势

Domestic Research Progress on Foamed Wood Plastic Composite Materials

对我国发泡木塑复合材料的研究进展进行了概括和评述,指出了在我国进一步深入研究发泡木塑复合材料的重要性。重点介绍了聚丙烯基和聚乙烯基发泡木塑复合材料的研究现状;并展望了发泡木塑复合材料领域研究的发展趋势,认为应在发泡木塑材料的原料种类拓宽、制备工艺过程控制、相关发泡机理以及专用制造设备等方面进行更深入研究。

The research progress of foamed wood plastic composite materials in China are summarized and re- viewed, and the importance of further research of foamed wood plastic composite in our country is pointed out. The research status of polypropylene and polyethylene based foamed wood/plastic composites are mainly introduced. Final- ly, the development trends and perspective of foamed wood^plastic composites are presented. It is showed that the types of raw materials preparing foamed wood plastic should be further broaden, and more in-depth study of the prepa- ration process control, related to the mechanism of foam and the specialized manufacturing equipment and other as- pects should be carried out.
