碱处理对堇青石蜂窝陶瓷性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用10%(质量分数)的NaOH溶液对蜂窝状堇青石进行处理,研究了处理温度和时间对蜂窝状堇青石性能的影响,采用BET、SEM、XRF和XRD等对蜂窝状堇青石进行表征。结果表明:碱处理对蜂窝状堇青石的失重率、比表面积、比孔容积和孔径影响不大,但对蜂窝状堇青石的表面形貌影响很大。未处理的蜂窝状堇青石表面是由1μm左右的比较规则的块状粒子堆积而成,表面结构比较平整;而在100℃碱处理4h的蜂窝状堇青石的表面出现一层排列规则的"花瓣状"片状结构,并随处理温度的升高和处理时间的延长,蜂窝状堇青石的表面从"花瓣状"片状结构向"网状"结构转变。碱处理后的蜂窝状堇青石保持较好的机械强度。当处理温度高于100℃时,XRD图谱中出现SiO2的衍射峰,并随处理温度的升高,SiO2的衍射峰强度逐步增强。 The cordierite honeycomb was treated by alkali solution(10%), and the influence of temperature and time of alkali treatment on honeycomb cordierite properties was studied with BET, SEM, XRF and XRD. The results show that, there are no significant changes of the weight loss rate, the specific surface area and pore structure of the cordierite after treatment, but the morphology of the cordierite changes a lot after serious alkali treatment. The surface of the untreatment honeycomb cordierite is composed of regular bulk particles which are about 1μm and the surface is rather flat. While after alkali treatment 4 h at 100 ℃, the surface of honeycomb cordierite presents a layer of petal shaped structure. When the corrosion content of cordierite is intensified, the petal shaped structure changes to net- work structure. The honeycomb cordierite keeps good mechanical strength after alkali treatment. The XRD spectra show that the diffraction peaks of SiO2 appear when the treatment temperature is higher than 100℃, and the diffrac- tion peaks intensity increases with the temperature increasing.
