摘要
以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,采用溶液聚合方法,分别添加5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%和35%硅烷偶联剂(KH-570)与苯乙烯、马来酸酐共聚反应得到一系列有机硅改性的SMA共聚物;并探讨了改性前后产物在各种溶剂中的溶解度、水解产物的粘度、红外光谱以及热分析谱图的变化。实验结果表明:通过KH-570改性后的SMA共聚物发生交联反应使聚合物分子量变大、溶解度降低、热失重温度以及玻璃化温度Tg升高。
Styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer modified by 5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30% and 35% silane coupling agent KH-570 were synthesized by solution polymerization method with ethyl acetate as solvent.And the solubility of modified products in various solvents was explored,the viscosity of hydrolysis' products was analyzed,and the infrared spectrum and thermal analysis spectra were studied.The results showed the molecular weights increased,the solubility decreased and the thermal stability increased.
