三峡升船机下沉工作大门充压止水应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 三峡升船机下沉工作大门为带卧倒小门的下沉式双扉平板门,是形成通航条件的重要组成部分。该门支承跨度大并需频繁带水压启闭,以往类似闸门所采用的常规"P"型止水,由于其工作性能的局限,导致闸门在运行过程中出现大量漏水和止水磨损严重等问题。为了解决该问题,特将充压止水初次运用于三峡升船机下沉工作大门上,并对其与闸门的共同工作性能进行了模型试验研究。结果表明:充压止水在该闸门上的应用,能有效解决闸门在运行过程中的漏水问题,且满足耐久性的要求。为今后类似闸门的止水设计提供了可靠安全的工程经验。 The sinking working gate of Three Gorges ship lift is two leafs plate gate with a flap gate and it is important for navi-gation. The supporting span of the gate is large and it opens and closes frequently under high water pressure. According to other finished similar gates, there are some problems in the P-style water seal, such as serious leaking and abrasion. In order to solve the problem, pressure-filled telescopic water seal have been applied to the sinking working gate for the first time, and model test research was proposed to verify its working performance. The results show that the pressure-filled telescopic water seal on the sinking working gate can seal water perfectly with less abrasion in the process of gate operation, which provides some safe and re-liable engineering experience for the water seal design of the similar gate.
