摘要
接头管拔管力的大小对防渗墙施工质量和施工进度有重要影响,但实际施工中拔管力的确定主要依赖于工程经验。为定量分析拔管力的大小,以西藏旁多水利枢纽150 m超深防渗墙施工为研究对象,采用强度参数与时间相关的混凝土蠕变模型和动接触算法,对不同拔管时机、不同孔斜下的拔管力进行了数值分析,并进行了现场试验验证。结果表明:拔管力的大小受诸多因素影响,接头管与混凝土之间的接触特性和孔斜是主要原因;随着拔管时机延后和孔斜的增加,拔管力增加明显。
The pulling force of joint pipe influences the construction quality and progress significantly, but in the practical con-struction, its determination mainly relies on experiences. In order to analyze the pulling force quantitatively, taking the construc-tion of extra-deep diaphragm wall(150 m) of Pangduo Hydropower Station in Tibet as an example, the strength-time related creep model of concrete and dynamic contact algorithm were adopted and the pulling force under different pulling time and hole inclination was analyzed numerically and verified by in-situ test. The results show that the pulling force is influenced by multi-ple factors, among which, the contact of joint pipe and concrete, the hole inclination are the main influential factors. With the delay of pulling time and increase of hole inclination, the pulling force increases obviously.
