云南省农村教育与农村居民收入关系实证研究 被引量:1

An Empirical Study on the Correlation between Education and Family Income in Rural Yunnan

摘要 有极少数学生在校混日子,学无所成,出校一事无成,有人就说读书无用,但绝大多数学生,绝大多数农村的孩子,学有所成,所以人们通常认为提高农村教育水平可以提高农业生产率,加快农业经济结构的调整,促进剩余劳动力转移,加快农民向市民的转化,进而提高农民收入。文章在对农村教育水平与农民收入的关系进行理论分析的基础上,结合1994—2010年云南省数据,分析了农村教育水平与农民家庭人均纯收入、总收入、工资性收入、经营纯收入、财产性纯收入和转移性纯收入的关系。结果表明:教育水平与农民收入之间存在一定的因果关系和长期均衡关系,教育水平对农民收入具有显著的影响。 At college, a small fragment of students just idle away the time and learn little. After graduation, they achieve almost nothing. While some claim that education makes no difference, most of the students ( mostly from the rural areas) do learn and achieve something. These phenomena lead to the contention that, by improving education in the rural areas, steps of rural economic restructure can be quickened, surplus labor better transferred, urbanization process of rural areas quickened and income of the farmers increased. Based on the theoretic analysis of the relationship between educational level and income of people in the rural areas and statistics of Yunnan Province of the years between 1994 and 2010, this paper presents an analysis of the correlation between education and net income per capita, to- tal income, wage income, net business income, net property income, and net transfer income of families in the rural area. The results show that the cause - effect and long - term balance relationship has been identified between education and income of the farmers or, in other words, education has notable influ- ence on income.
