摘要
不对称催化法是获得手性化合物最有效、最有经济价值的方法,其中不对称加氢反应是制备手性化合物的主要途径。综述了用于C=C、C=O、C=N不对称加氢的催化剂,主要介绍了均相催化剂、多相催化剂和非晶态催化剂,以及它们用于不对称加氢反应的转化率和选择性,并对今后该领域的研究重点进行了展望。
The asymmetric catalytic method is the most efficient and economic way to get chiral compounds,and the asymmetric hydrogenation reaction is the major method.The catalysts for the asymmetric hydrogenation reaction in C=C,C=O,C=N are described simply,including homogeneous catalysts,heterogeneous catalysts and amorphous catalysts.The conversion and selectivity of asymmetric hydrogenation reaction are discussed,and the research emphasis of the filed for the future is also suggested.
