摘要
基于国家实行最严格水资源管理的"三条红线"制度的要求,结合西双版纳地区的水资源特征和存在的供求矛盾,对"三条红线"控制指标体系进行了深入的探讨,针对全州最严格水资源管理控制制度建设和指标分配工作,提出了相应的对策和建议,为西双版纳地区经济的可持续发展提供了有力的管理支撑。
Based on the requirements of the strictest water resources management system ＂Three Red Lines＂ （TRL）, the paper discussed the control indicators of TRL under the characteristics of water resources and contradictions of water supply and demand in Xishuangbanna. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed accordingly to satisfy the requirements of the construction of TRL system and the allocation of the control indicators in Xishuangbanna. The research can provide powerful support for the sustainable development of Xishuangbanna.
