摘要
结合长江电力检修厂本质安全班组建设实例,就如何把检修责任文化融入管理、切入业务、植入行为,实现"文化到员工,管理到班组",真正转化为企业发展的软实力、竞争力,进行了理论分析和实际探讨。
Experiences on the construction of safe teams in the Overhauling Company, Chinese Yangtze River Electrical Power Co. , Ltd are presented and discussed theoretically and practically, including taking the sense of responsibility in- to management, business and daily behavior. All staff should have the sense of responsibility, and the safety manage- ment can be realized in each work team. In this way, the emphasis on responsibility can be transformed into soft power and competitiveness of the company.
