摘要
通过对现有文献的回顾和分析,发现煤炭应急物流的研究和应用并未得到应有的重视。文中通过对煤炭应急物流管理含义、要素及其相互间的关系分析,建立了煤炭应急物流管理的结构模型。利用此模型框架,可为煤炭应急物流管理运作提供分析思路和改善方向,以期提高煤炭应急物流管理的效果与效率。
Through the review and analysis of the existing literature,it found that the study and application of coal emergency logistics has not received the attention it deserves.In this paper,through the analysis of concept,elements and their relationship to the coal emergency logistics management,it established the structural model of coal emergency logistics management which can provide analysis and improvement direction for coal emergency logistics management.
