基于用户心理的企业有效提供移动服务的路径与对策研究

Study on Enterprises to Effectively Provide Mobile Services and Countermeasures Path Based on User Psychology

摘要 文中从用户心理角度出发,在综合考虑移动服务的促进因素和抑制因素的基础上,对移动服务提供商给出策略建议,从而让移动服务被有效推行,并提升移动服务企业的能力水平。 This research consider both the motivating factors and inhibiting factors,this article give suggestions to the mobile service providers,so that the mobile service is effectively implemented,and enhance the mobile service providing enterprise level of ability.
