基于高职教育的物流人才供需调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis the Supply and Demand of Logistics Talent Based on Higher Vocational Education

随着物流业的快速发展,社会对物流人才的需求不断增加。然而,据调查,物流管理专业毕业生的就业状况却并不理想。鉴于此,文中基于高职教育的研究出发,在物流人才供需调查分析的基础上,探讨了物流人才供需失衡的原因,提出了高职物流管理专业人才培养建议。

With the rapid development of logistics industry,the social demand for talents of logistics is increasing. However,according to the survey,logistics management graduates employment situation is not ideal.In view of this,this paper study on the basis of the higher vocational education,based on the investigation and analysis of the supply and demand of logistics talents,discusses the reasons for the imbalance of supply and demand of logistics talents,put forward professional training of logistics management.
