摘要 为了解决物流人才供给与需求错位的矛盾,高等职业院校作为培养高素质技能型人才的关键力量,肩负着技能型物流人才的培养重任。进化教育论观点认为"教育的本质过程是作为自组织系统的学习主体具有自主成长的本能",而行动导向教学模式正是抓住了职业教育的本质特性,为学生的成长提供科学的育人环境。文中从培养高职物流专业学生的综合职业能力出发,结合国内外的职业教育经验,进一步剖析了行动导向教学理念在教学过程中的应用。 In order to solve the contradiction between the supply and demand of logistics talents,the higher vocational colleges has a lot of responsibility on training skilled logistics talents with high quality.The essential process of education is,as the view of the Theory of Evolutionary Education,the learner in self-organizing system has the instinct of autonomously grow. Action-oriented teaching mode is to catch the essence characteristic of vocational education,and to provide the favorable environment for students study.To cultivate the comprehensive abilities for vocational college students in logistics,the paper further analyzes the application of action-oriented teaching concept in the teaching process.
