灯盏细辛注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

Observation on curative effect of Coronary heart disease and angina treated with Dengzhan Xixin injection

目的 观察灯盏细辛注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效与安全性。方法 对57例冠心病心绞痛患者 ,随机单盲分为治疗组 30例 ,采用常规西药消心痛加灯盏细辛注射液治疗 ;对照组 2 7例 ,单用西药消心痛治疗。结果 治疗组、对照组的心绞痛的总有效率分别为 96 .7%、70 .4 % ,2组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ;2组的心电图的总有效率分别为 73.3%、37.0 % ,2组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 加用灯盏细辛注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛比单用西药效果更好 ,且安全性较好 ,副作用少。

Objective To observe clinical effect of Coronary heart disease treated with Chinese Traditional Medicine cooperating with routine medicine. Methods 57 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly allocated to two groups. In the treated group (n=30) patients were treated with Dengzhan Xixin injection cooperating with routine medicine and in control group 27 patients were treated only by routine medicine. Results The total effective rate (96.7%) was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in control groups (70.4%, P<0.05). Improvement of ECG was obviously higher in treatment group (73.3%) than those in control groups (37.0%, P<0.05).Conclusions Dengzhan Xixin injection cooperating with Western Medicine has more curative effect in treating Coronary heart disease and angina.
