摘要
软骨缺损是临床很难修复的病症之一。本文综述了软骨组织工程涉及的软骨细胞分离、细胞培养方式和培养条件 ,基质材料 ,聚合物骨架以及软骨组织工程在临床上的应用等方面内容。并针对研究的现状 。
Cartilage defects is one of the most common problems in clinical,it is difficult to repair with this problem.In this paper the application of tissue engineered cartilage in clinical,chondrocyte cells separation,cell culture method,cell culture condition,the research of matrix materials and polymer scaffold have been reviewed,some disadvantages were put forward,and developing tendency were discussed.
