聚丙烯丝网补片在修补老年人腹壁缺损中的应用

Using Marlex Mesh in the Repair of Defects in Abdominal Wall for the Elderly

目的探讨Marlex网在修补老年人腹壁缺损中的作用。方法应用Marlex网行187例次老年人腹壁缺损修补手术,并进行随访,总结和分析。结果术后切口感染1例,皮下积液2例,其余病例切口1期愈合,手术切口无不适感觉。结论我们认为Marlex网是一种理想的修补老年人腹壁缺损的材料。

Objective Summerizing the experience in defect repairs in the abdominal wall for the elderly using Marlex mesh.Methods Follow-up, summary and analysis of 187 cases of elderly patients who received defect repairs in the abdominal wall with Marlex mesh through operation. Results one case incisional infection postoperation, 2 cases of liquid accmulation in subcutis. AE other operation incisions showed primary healing. No case had heria recurrence and no patient complained about incision. Conclution We believe Marlex mesh is an excellent material for defect repair of abdominal wall for the elderly.
