摘要
目的:观察致敏的树突状细胞(DC)免疫接种小鼠对系统性白假丝酵母菌感染保护效果。方法:将白假丝酵母菌孢子、菌丝悬液致敏小鼠DC经小鼠行尾静脉接种3次,后造系统性白念珠感染模型观察小鼠生存期、肾病理切片、眼球取血检测CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞。结果:DC能有效延长小鼠生存期、保护小鼠肾脏、增强小鼠的免疫力。结论:DC能很好地抵抗系统性白假丝酵母菌感染,这为研究DC作为佐剂对抗系统性白假丝酵母菌感染的新型联合疫苗奠定基础。
Objective:To perform the combined immunization on the mouse model by using DC in order to observe the protective effects on systemic Candida Albicans infection.Methods:The mice were immunized by inoculating DC for three times.DC was pulsed with the spore and rope of Candida Albicans.Then the mouse model of systemic Candida Albicans infection was established and the protections were observed by the mouse survival time,kidney pathological section,CD4+,CD8+.Results:DC effectively prolonged the mouse survival time,had a good protection to kidney of the mouse,and strengthened the immunity of the mouse.Conclusion:DC had potential to resist systemic Candida Albicans infection.This study facilitates the development of new associated vaccine to adjuvant of DC.
