摘要
提出并设计一种基于MSP430+ATT7022B的24回路三相三线多功能电能表,单片机MSP430控制三片计量芯片ATT7022B进行分时复用,实现24回路计量与检测,不仅能满足检测、计量的精度要求,而且结构简单成本低廉。同时给出电能表整体结构、多回路电压、电流采样子模块原理图、系统软件开发流程图,最后对可能拓展的应用前景给予展望。
The paper designs a 24 loop three-phase three-wire multi-function watt-hour meter based on MSP430 and ATT7022B. With the idea of time-sharing multiplexing, the MSP430 controls three ATT7022B to realize measurement and testing of 24 loops. The device can not only meet the requirement of accuracy for detection and measurement, but also has advantages of simple structure and low cost. The paper also shows the overall structure of the watt-hour meter, principle diagrams of multi-loop voltage and current collection modules and software flowchart. Finally, the paper prospects its expanding applications in future.
