摘要
对渤海湾放流中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)的生长特性进行研究。收集不同生长发育阶段的3 232尾中国对虾,对其体长、体重进行测量和分析。结果表明:(1)渤海湾中对虾体长体重成幂指数关系:♂:W=6.8×10-6L3.076 2;♀:W=5.8×10-6L3.115 3;(2)同大多数其它对虾种类一样,中国明对虾也表现雌雄生长的差异。养殖前期,雌雄虾的体长、体重生长差异不明显,雄虾略高于雌虾,在49.1 d之后,雌虾生长速度高于雄虾;雄虾生长拐点出现在120.0 d左右,雌虾体重的生长拐点出现在155.3 d左右;(3)采用Von Bertallanffy生长方程,拟合出渤海中国明对虾体长、体重生长方程为:♂:Lt=184.79[1-e-0.015(t-45.11)];Wt=63.73[1-e-0.015(t-45.11)]3.076 3,♀:Lt=240.95[1-e-0.010 2(t-43.59)];Wt=164.21[1-e-0.010 2(t-43.59)]3.115 3;(4)渤海湾中国明对虾最大体长与体重有增大的趋势,生长速度有减缓的趋势,这与渤海水温升高、水质污染及放流中国明对虾的时间早晚有关。
Studies were conducted on growth characteristics of Fenneropenaeus chinensis in Bohai Bay.The body length and weight of 3,232 shrimp samples at different stages were measured.Results indicated that:(1) The relationship between body length and body weight of Bohai F.chinensis could be described by the power function,♂ ∶ W =5.8 × 10^-6 L3.1153 ; ♀ ∶ W =6.8 × 10^-6 L3.0762 ; (2) Similar to other shrimps,F.chinensis from Bohai Bay also expressed differences in growth between female and male.In early cultivation period,the difference was not distinct,but the female grew more quickly than that of the male after the 49th day.Turning point of body weight growth of male and female individuals were detected on the 102th and 155th day,respectively; (3) By using Von Bertallanffy growth equation,the growth equations of F.chinensis were obtained:♂ ∶ Lt =184.79[1-e-0.015(t-45.11)] ; Wt=63.73[1-e-0.015(t-45.11)]3.0763; ♀∶Lt =240.95 [1-e-0.010 2(t-43.59)] ; Wt =164.21 [1-e-0.010 2(t-43.59)] 3.115 3 ; (4) Due to the following reasons:rising water temperature of Bohai Bay,aggravation of pollution and releasing time of F.Chinensis,the maximum body length and body weight of F.chinensis form Bohai Bay showed increasing tendency,but the growth speed slowed down.
