摘要
通过室内试验,测定了球孢白僵菌菌株XW0107001对不同龄期棉蚜的毒力。结果表明:同一球孢白僵菌菌株对不同龄期棉蚜的毒力明显不同,随着龄期增加,球孢白僵菌对其毒力越来越大。
The toxicity of Beauveria bassiana strain XW0107001 to different instars of cotton aphids was determined by the experiments in laboratory.The results showed that the toxicity was obviously different to dif-ferent instars of cotton aphids and enhanced with the increase of instar.
