山东蚕区桑断柄型细菌性疫病的发生与防治研究

Occurrence and Control of Mulberry Bacterial Disease with Broken Leafstalk in Shandong Sericulture Area

山东桑树细菌性疫病除有黑枯型和缩叶型外,近年在多地连年出现新症状类型——断柄型。病原菌的培养性状及生理生化性状比较表明:该病病原菌与江苏、浙江的断柄型细菌性疫病病原为同一致病型。室内药物筛选、田间防效研究认为:该病宜于桑树发芽脱苞前喷施30%琥胶肥酸铜(DT)悬浮剂500 mg/kg,防效可达84.4%,其次喷施链霉素或盐酸环丙沙星或盐酸恩诺沙星100 mg/kg液。

Besides two types of mulberry bacterial diseases,black blight and crinkle leaf,a new type,bro-ken leafstalk,was discovered in many places of Shandong Province in recent years.Through the comparisons of culture,physiological and biochemical properties of the pathogen,it was found that this pathogen was the same to that in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province.The indoor and field control tests showed that spraying 30%DT SC with the concentration of 500 mg/kg before green tip sprouting stage was the best with the control efficiency up to 84.4%.Streptomycin,ciprofloxacin hydrochloride or enrofloxacin hydrochloride with the concentration of 100 mg/kg were the followed ones.
