摘要
随着我国城镇化步伐的加快,城市人口迅速膨胀,城镇规模不断扩大,伴随而来的污水污泥急剧增多。城市污泥中含有大量有毒有害物质,容易对环境造成危害。该论文利用混酸消解污泥样品,并通过火焰原子吸收法测定城市污泥中的铜、铁、锰、镍、铬的含量;然后分别采用管式炉法和萃取光度法测定了硫和磷的含量。在上述实验基础上,经分析研究,采用水泥固化法来固化污泥,使用普通硅酸盐水泥对污泥样品中有害重金属进行了有效固化,以期能够对城市污泥的分析研究和处理提供参考和依据。
With the development of urbanization in China and rapid expansion of the population of the city, cities have expanded, and the sewage increased dramatically. Municipal sewage sludge contains a large number of hazardous substances, and it causes harm to the environment. In this paper, the mixed acid digestion method was used for treatment of sludge sample. The copper, iron, manganese, nickel and chromium in municipal sludge were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Sulphur and phosphorus content were determined by tube furnace method and spectrophotometer. On the basis of above experiments and analysis, cement curing method was used to solidify the sludge. Using ordinary Portland cement the harmful heavy metals in sludge samples were effectively cured and we expect to provide reference for city sludge analysis and utilization.
