水电解制氢装置氢、氧分离器液位不平衡原因的分析

摘要 型号为CNDQ-10/1.5的加压电解水制氢装置正常运行时,突然出现氢、氧分离器液位不平衡。为了探索其原因,分别对液位变送器、PLC、电气转换器等进行故障排查,结果表明:氢、氧分离器液位不平衡主要是由于加水泵的出口逆止阀存在反向内漏。 Hydrogen is produced by water electrolysis pressurized installation of Model CNDQ - 10/1.5, the hydrogen and oxygen separator liquid level has occurred imbalance while normally working. On the basic of the liquid level transmitter, PLC, I/P converter etc. , imbalance reasons have been analyzed. The results have showed that the reverse inner leakage of the outlet check valve about water pump is the major causes of the imbalance of hydrogen and oxygen separator liquid level.
