摘要
某化工企业在生产致冷剂产品过程中产生大量含氟的高浓度生产废水,废水量为288t/d,进水pH值为1~13,1F-为1500mg/L,采用化学沉淀法组合工艺进行处理.本文对含氟废水处理的关键技术问题进行了讨论,对工程设计参数和污染物去除机理进行了探索,并进行了技术经济分析.实践证明,“二级反应+二级pH值调节+二级沉淀处理”组合工艺可以经济有效地实现含氟废水的达标排放,可以稳定达到厂区污水厂接管标准.
A large amount of high - fluorine industrial wastewater is generated from the process of production of refrigerant products in a chemical enterprise. The total wastewater is 288t/d, the inflow pH is 1- 13, and F^- is 1500mg/L. The combined physicochemical - biochemical technology is applied in wastewater treatment. In this paper, the key technical problems of this wastewater treatment are discussed, parameters in engineering design and removal mechanism of pollutants are explored, and techno - economic analysis is carried out. The practice proves that the combined physicochemical - biochemical technology, which is " second - order reaction + the secondary adjustment of pH + the secondary precipitation process " can treat the wastewater economically and effectively to meet the standards, so the effluent is ensured to reach inflow standard of sewage plant of development zone steadily.
