摘要
目的:分析玻璃苣的体内作用物质。方法:利用超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用技术(UPLC/TOF-MS)对家兔口服玻璃苣后尿液和血清中的移行成分进行分析。结果:在尿液中共发现5个玻璃苣体内成分,其中4个成分在不同时间采集的血清UPLC/TOF-MS图中离子强度较低,而其中1个成分具有较高的离子强度,初步推测为穿心莲内酯。结论:血液和尿液中成分将成为玻璃苣的体内作用物质,有利于初步阐述玻璃苣的有效成分以及作用机理。
Objective: To analyze the constituents of Borago officinalis in vivo. Methods: The urine and serum constituents in rabbits after oral administration of Borago officinalis were analyzed by using ultra performance liquid chromatography time of flight mass spectrometry( UPLC- TOF / MS). Results: It was found that five components were in the borage officinalis of urine,four components in different collection time of serum UPLC / TOF- MS were in lower ionic strength,and ionic strength was high in one compound,Which may be andrographolide contents by initially presumed. Conclusion: The composition of serum and urine will become the constituents in vivo,which will be conducive to explain accurately the effective components and mechanism of borage officinalis.
