摘要
目的:观察肠愈宁颗粒对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清IL-10表达的影响。方法:采用"免疫诱导加化学刺激复合法"制造溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。随机分为空白对照组、模型组、西药组、中药低剂量组、中药高剂量组。共给药4周,通过放射免疫法检测大鼠血清IL-10水平,比较各组间血清IL-10差异,进行统计学分析。结果:模型组大鼠血清IL-10水平降低,而肠愈宁颗粒可使溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清IL-10水平升高,以高剂量组明显,与西药相近。结论:肠愈宁颗粒对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎有良好的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与增加IL-10含量有关。
Objective： To observe the effect of Changyuning granule on the expression of serum IL- 10 in ulcerative colitis rats. Methods： Make rat models of ulcerative colitis by plus compound methods of chemical- induction and immune-stimulation. The rats were divided into normal control group,model control group,western medicine group,low- dose Chinese medicine group and high- dose Chinese medicine group randomly. Treatment course was four weeks. Measure the levels of IL- 10 of rats＇ serum by radioimmunoassay. The results were analyzed statistically. Results： The levels of IL- 10 expression in serum of model group were decreased,but Changyuning could increase IL- 10 expression. The curative effect of high dose Chinese medicine group had the same function as western medicine group. Conclusion： Changyuning had a good therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis of rats,and its mechanism may be related to the increasing the content of IL- 10.
