绿色荧光粉(Ba,Sr,Mg)Al_(12)O_(19):Mn^(2+)制备及真空紫外激发下的发光特性研究

摘要 高温固相法合成系列荧光粉(Ba,Sr,Mg)1-xMnxAl12O19(=0,0.01,0.04,0.08,0.1,0.15,0.2)。通过正交试验设计,分别考察了Ba/Al,Sr,Mg及H3BO3对荧光粉发光性能的影响,确定了最佳的化学成分配方为Ba0.45Sr0.35Al11.15Mg0.85O19:Mn0.22+。合成样品的平均荧光寿命=0.140 49 s。在172 nm波长激发时,样品发光强度为商品粉Zn2SiO4:Mn2+发光强度的130%左右。
