摘要
通过分析电机的电气制动机理与电动负载模拟系统中负载转矩模拟机理,揭示了加载电机运行状态的本质特征。在此基础上,针对三相异步交流电机,分析和论证了能耗制动与反接制动的原理及实现模拟承载系统负荷力矩的可行性;设计了三相异步电机的制动电路,完成电机及制动电路的数学建模;结合自动控制原理,完成对系统的校正;最后通过在Matlab中进行仿真及得到的实验波形,证明了文中方法的可行性,扩展了电动负载模拟系统的加载技术手段。
Through the analysis of electric braking of three-phase asynchronous motor and load torque simulation of load simula tion system, this paper reveals the characteristics of motor in the loading system. Ba,sed on these, giving asynchronous motor as an example, the principle of energy-consumed braking and plug braking is analyzed. Then the feasibility of load simulation based on the principle of braking is verified. Braking circuits for asynchronous motor are presented. Based on mathematic model of motor and braking circuit,the control of system is realized lhrough the principle of automatic control. Finally ,Matlab simulation is used, and the feasibility is verified by the wave shape of speed and torque from the simulation. Loading technology of electric load simulation system is expanded.
