摘要
为了提高数控镗铣床在加工大型发动机缸体时的关键尺寸的精度,在机床上设计安装了马波斯(Marposs)E32R测量仪,本文重点描述了测量仪与数控系统的接口连接、测量仪的校准、宏程序的编制。通过在线检测进一步提高了工件特殊尺寸的加工精度和产品质量。
In order to improve the accuracy of FANUC numerical control machine in processing large-scale engine cylinder. Marposs E32R measuring instrument on the machine tool is designed and installed. This paper, mainly describes the interface connection of measuring instrument and CNC system, measurement instrument calibration and macro programming. Through the online detection further improve the machining precision of workpiece special size and product quality.
