设计了一种具有信号源、示波器、数字万用表功能的一体机,将数字万用表模块、信号源模块、示波器功能模块集成在同一壳体内,充分利用空间,降低了制造和使用成本,使用更方便。示波器模块、信号源模块、万用表模块共用交流电源,同时万用表模块可采用备用电池供电,在不需要示波器和信号源功能的情况下,为用户使用万用表提供方便。

A multifunction equipment of signal source, oscilloscope and digital multimeter is designed, that is the digital multimeter module, signal source module and oscilloscope function module are integrated in the same housing, it causes full use ot space, and reduce the cost of manufacture and use, and easier to use. Digital multimeter module, signal source module and oscilloscope function module shared AC power, and then multimeter module is supplied by battery power, to provide convenience for the users by using a multimeter in the case of unnecessary oscilloscope and signal source functions.
