摘要
植物油脂的甲酯化方法主要包括化学法和酶法,该文总结了植物油脂脂肪酸甲酯化的传统方法和改良方法,通过方法的归类比较,选择合适的方法进行油脂衍生化,为脂肪酸检测提供快速而准确的前处理方法。
Methods of methyl esterification include chemical method and enzymic method. In this article,we summarize the tradition process and improvement process of vegetable fats and oils＆#39; methyl esterification. Comparing different means,it＆#39;s important to choose a suitable derivatization method. This method can provide rapid and accurate preliminary treatment for detection of fat acid.
