油脂脱色废白土焙烧-酸化法再生工艺条件研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用焙烧―酸化法对废白土进行再生,对焙烧温度以及酸化的工艺条件进行了探索。结果表明:废白土再生的最佳焙烧温度为500℃,响应面优化确定了酸化的工艺条件:硫酸体积分数为6.70%,酸化温度为55℃,液固比为3.2∶1,酸化时间为60 min,且在该条件下所得再生白土的脱色率为94.82%。 Experiments were performed on the regeneration of spent bleaching clay using the method of calcine-acidification. The calcination temperature and acid activation conditions were investigated. Results showed that the optimum calcination temperature was 500 ℃. The response surface methodology determined the optimum conditions were as follows:sulfuric acid volume fraction 6.70%;acidification temperature 55 ℃;liquid-solid ratio 3.2∶1;acidification time 60min. Under these conditions,the bleaching efficiency of the regenerated clay was 94.82%.
