摘要
通过对转炉终渣和精炼白渣的特性进行技术分析,转炉根据铁水硅含量采用"留渣+单渣"法和"留渣+双渣"法,精炼白渣采用空包热回收和出钢后热回收工艺,将转炉终渣和精炼白渣分别循环应用于转炉冶炼过程和转炉出钢过程及精炼过程。不但有利于钢水冶炼操作,降低生产成本,提高钢水质量,还减少了炉渣的排放和处理,有利于环境保护,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the technical analysis about their characteristics, the converter end slag and refining white slag are separately circularly used in converter smelting, tapping processes and refining process, with " remai- ning slag plus single - slag" and " remaining slag plus double - slag" methods for the converter end slag ac- cording to silicon content in hot metal, and with heat recollection processes from empty ladle and after tapping for refining white slag. That not only is propitious to molten steel smelting operation, reducing production cost, improving molten steel quality, but also decreases slag discharge and treatment and is favor to environ- ment protection, excellent economic and social profit got.
