摘要
针对公司某款12V280柴油发动机的曲轴,采用有限单元法,运用Autodesk Simulation Mechanical软件对其建立了符合实际条件的分析模型,研究了曲轴的应力状态和在交变载荷下的疲劳强度。为柴油机曲轴在改型升级方面提供了有价值的参考依据。
For a 12V280 diesel engine crankshaft, used finite element method, the analysis model was established in accordance with the actual conditions by the Autodesk Simulation Me- chanical, then researched the state of stress and the fatigue strength under cyclic loading of the crankshaft. Provide valuable reference for the diesel engine crankshaft in the aspects of retrofit upgrade.
