摘要
针对当前医院场所暴力伤医事件数量不断增加、范围不断扩大,群体围攻医院或者殴打医务人员现象经常发生的严重事态,中国医院协会自2012年12月开始,历时9个月,组织开展了"医院场所暴力伤医情况调研",为分析暴力伤医事件的深层次原因、从法律角度和行业管理角度提出对策与建议提供详实的依据,从而促进医疗机构健康发展、为医生执业和患者就医创造良好的环境。
Based on the status quo of increasing medical staff injured by violence, an investigation on hospital violence were carried out in December 2012 to analyze the causes and give evidence on promoting medical institute development and creating good treatment environment in view of law and management.
