医患双方对暴力伤医事件的认知与态度分析

Awareness and attitude on hospital violence in view of hospital and patient

根据中国医院协会《医院场所暴力伤医情况调研报告》中的相关数据,就医院、医务人员、患者对暴力伤医事件的认知和态度进行了分析研究。认为暴力伤医发生的主要诱因是诊疗实际结果与患方期待落差大等;深层次原因主要为社会矛盾堆积过多等;对于暴力伤医事件的责任主体,"医患双方兼有"为双方共识;大多认为恶性伤医的性质属刑事犯罪;对于暴力伤医行为,96.8%的医务人员持否定态度。基于以上研究分析,进而提出了一些建议和意见。

According to the data of report on hospital violence investigation, the awareness and attitude on hospital violence in view of hospital, medical staff and patient are analyzed. It shows that the main inducement of hospital violence event is the huge gap between actual treatment result and patient’s expectation. The deep level cause is the overmuch of social contradictions accumulation. Both of hospital and patient think that the main responsibility body of violence event is hospital and patient. Most of the investigated think vicious event belongs to criminal offence. 96.8%of the medical staff negates hospital violence. According to the analysis, suggestions are presented.
