我国公民逝世后器官捐献意愿调查及影响因素研究

Study on the willingness and influence factors of organ donation after death of citizens in China

目的:了解国内公民逝世后器官捐献意愿状况及其影响因素。方法:采用随机整群抽样法,选取北京、上海、重庆和广州4座城市900名来自不同社会阶层的人群为研究对象,应用自制的公众对人体器官捐献的认知、态度和行为调查表进行问卷调查。结果:国内公民逝世后器官捐献意愿率为16.57%,在性别方面,男性较女性捐献率高(P=0.032);同时,捐献意愿与年龄和学历有相关关系(P=0.047;P=0.029)。影响国内公民进行遗体捐献的最主要因素为中国传统文化和观念,其次不了解国内遗体捐献程序和法规制度。结论:发现公民捐献意愿较以往调查明显升高,可能与当前国内器官捐献工作的全面开展,人们的捐献态度改变有关。影响捐献主要因素有中国传统文化和观念、不了解遗体捐献程序和法规制度,以及担心同意器官捐献后医院会因此而消极治疗等。

Objectives：To investigate the statue quo of organ donation intention after death and its influencing factors. Methods：Using random cluster sampling method,900 students from dif erent social strata in Shanghai, Chongqing and Beijing, the four Guangzhou city were as the research object, questionnaire of cognition, at itude and behavior were used the public on human organ donation conducted a questionnaire survey. Results：The death of our country citizen after organ donation intention rate was 16.57%, in terms of gender, men than women, the donation rate is high （ P=0.032）. At the same time, donating wil also with the age and education there is a correlation （P=0.047;P=0.029）. The major factors influencing the Chinese citizens of remains donation for the Chinese traditional culture and ideas, then do not understand our body donation donation procedures and regulations. Conclusions：This study found that citizen donating wil was higher than the previous survey increased significantly, and the above results may be result from carrying out a comprehensive and current China＆#39;s organ donation work, people in the change of at itude to donate. Ef ect of donor factors of Chinese traditional culture and ideas do not understand our body donation donation procedures and regulations, and that agree to organ donation after hospital wil there for negative treatment.
