摘要
针对管理工作中遇到的如何对各临床科室平均住院日指标进行精细化设定的难题,南宁市第二人民医院通过建立平均住院日专用数学模型并用于合理制订各科平均住院日考核指标。通过指标管理,有效适度缩短了平均住院日。
Based on the problem existing in shortening average length of stay （ALOS） management that were how to set refined target for various clinical departments, Nanning the Second People＆#39;s Hospital set up a special ALOS Mathematical Model in setting ALOS target for each clinical department. Performance ALOS management according to that setting target, we shorten the ALOS effectively and moderately.
