Xibaipo spirit is formed during the liberation war,whose objective it is to encourage Chinese people to develop the enterprising spirit with dash and daring,and keep modest and diligent. Thus,Xibaipo spirit has become a treasure house of Chinese people. The central government leadership calls for the Chi- nese dream and the restoration of a great China. Xibaipo spirit thus acts as a solid material foundation,and spiritual and organizational supports.
