当前我国公共文化服务的理论基础、概念界定与价值取向

The Theoretical Foundation,Concept Definition and Value Orientation of China's Current Public Cultural Service

当前我国公共文化服务不仅在理论基础和概念理解上有了较为广泛深入的研究、界定,而且在政策实践上取得了显著的成绩,初步建立了国家公共文化服务体系。但是,我国当前公共文化服务的一系列理论与实践,都受到西方新公共管理理论与新公共服务理论的极大影响,在理论建构和价值取向上尚未有充分的自觉。因此,从我国政治、经济、社会状况的实际出发,建构与当前社会主义新文化建设相适应的公共文化服务理论与价值观,是建设我国公共文化服务体系的重要基础。

The theoretical foundation and concept definition of China＇ s current public cultural service have been widely studied. What＇ s more, the practice of policy has obtained remarkable achievement, and established prelim- inarily national system of public cultural service. But at the same time, the theory and practice of China＇ s current public cultural service are greatly influenced by western new public management theory and new public service the- ory, lack of consciousness on the theoretical construction and value orientation. So, depending on China＇ s real sit- uation of politics, economy and society, we need construct the theory and value of public cultural service which should match the current new cultural construction. It is the important foundation of the construction of China＇ s L current public culture service system.
