纵观湖南省现代渔业发展,仍存在投入力度不大、基础设施老化、科技服务和水产加工滞后等困难。今后,要从转变发展方式、凝聚发展力量、强化政策扶持、加大基础建设、推进产业化经营、增强科技支撑以及加强资源养护等方面努力,全面推进湖南省现代渔业发展。
