摘要
新中国成立到1976年,是我国人力资源管理制度跌宕起伏、风雨兼程艰辛发展的27年,少有学者进行全面的研究。建国初期企业人力资源管理制度健康高速发展;"大跃进"时期我国企业人力资源管理制度遭受强大冲击;"经济调整"时期我国经济迅速恢复生机;文化大革命时期我国企业人力资源管理制度遭受破坏。
The twenty-seven years from the founding of PRC to 1976 was a difficult period for human resources management system. Few scholars conducted a comprehensive study of this period. At the early founding of People' s Republic of China, human resources management system experienced the rapid and sound development. During the "Great Leap Forward", the system suffered from strong shock, which causes great losses to socialist economy. During "Economic Adjustment", it experienced the second healthy development. During the Cultural Revolution, it was seriously damaged. This paper studies in detail human resources management system of these four neriods.
